Jeremy takes great pride and is extremely passionate about his cycle training.

He genuinely wants to see children and adults having a safe time on the road and for this reason he knows just how important it is that each and every person he trains receives the best instruction possible.

He has an Enhanced CRB Police check.

He is First Aid trained and is fully insured through the Cycle Touring Club (CTC) for the delivery of cycle training.

National Standards of Cycle Training

The National Standards for Cycle Training sets out the training and skills essential for making cycling trips in today's road conditions. The standard has been developed by over 20 organisations and is maintained by the custodian body for cycle training, the Cycle Training Standards Board(CTSB).

Members of the CTSB are the UK's leading bodies in road safety and cycling. By establishing National Standards, the Government is setting out a nationwide uniform programme of formal training ,which will reassure parents in particular, that young people wanting to cycle have been instructed in the essential skills and procedures wherever they may live.

Bikeability

Bikeability is Cycling Proficiency for the 21st Century. It provides appeal and incentive for children and parents alike to undertake quality cycle training to ride safely and well on today's roads. Cycle training is the vital life-skill required before 'more children cycling, more safely, more often' can become a reality, and all the associated benefits of a new generation of young people cycling can be realised - including better health and fitness for cyclists and less congestion for us all. www.bikeability.org.uk
